Dragonman for Q3 and model submission question

I know I had that "Female Warrior" I showed a while back that I haven't gotten around to trying to submit yet, but that's primarily because I'm still waiting on a friend to record some voices for me for the sounds.
Anyway, I just finished 'porting' this big guy to Q3... based on an old concept a buddy handed me about five years ago:
I just have to whip up some red vs blue skins, record some suitable sounds, then do the bot support stuff.
By the way, the screenshots in the pages for the meshes... do I make those or do y'all? IOW, besides the readme and the pk3 itself, what all do I need to submit?
