okay kiddies here is a promo shot of spiderman 3, superhero hype seems to think its a black suit and not a black and white photo, i wonder if this is from teh venom suit, and i also wonder how they are going to change the story, it doesnt seem like alien suits fit into the movie universe, probably make it sometype of nano parsite developed by scientists.

Yes, you can see brown on the building - and faint blue on his knees. It's probably a color-treated pic for promo purposes only.

well unless sony pictures are a bunch of liars then id say he is indeed, thumbs down for not being the venom suit.
But it could also be the picture tinted black to give you a clue of whats to come,maybe they havent showed the real venom suit yet.

spidey has donned a black suit for more reasons than the venom symbiote. he took out his black suit(non-symbiote) after months of not using it so he could follow some murderers into the sewers and not be seen. these murders turned out to be Morlock-like cannabils that were being led by a very emaciated/reclusive Morbius.
also with scales on it, it could be the appearence of Spidey Armor.
also Gwen Stacey is supposedly in the movie and the pose is a VERY defeated/mourning spidey. and we ALL know Gwen Stacey dies. so it could just be a suit for him mourning her death. playing up the summary of the spidey character "with great power comes great responsibility". he becomes DIRECTLY responsible for her death, not a 'if i had stopped that gaurd uncle ben would still be alive' scenario, a 'i tried to stop it but i fucked up really bad and now someone that i cared about is dead'.
here's betting that Gwen dies and it's spidey's fault. he goes mentally numb, he's abusive to the populace who adore him, MJ/Gwen who love him and then villians start to double team him until he looses control and nearly kills one or both of them in the process showing just how badass he can be. he then comes to his senses and balances his incredible IQ with the great power of his body and re-dons the classic suit with new found purpose.
let's also say Harry hires Sandman/Tohper Grace to kill spidey. by the end of the movie Harry becomes Green Goblin 2 and Spidey becomes fully the intelligent and powerful Spiderman which leaves us with the great showdown conclusion of Spidey vs GG2 in part 4....

The plot could be electro, and sandman, with goblin paying for them to kill spiderman. With spiderman getting the suit then maybe killing sandman with it. Then getting rid of it at the end and brock getting it. After all electro did fight black suit spiderman. I would just like to see Josh Holloway as brock as he look the closest to the character.
did that headline make anyone else want to fight spiderman?
