this is my concept (the face is ripped from a photo).
The concept have alot erros, the arms really larges , and other things, i will make she finally more strong in the upper body and the arms.
I not have time for make changes on the concept, i start to modelling directly ... the 8 is close.

yeah , the hand things control the mind of some creatures for to fight,if i have time i will make some little creatures close his legs.The controls is equal to the half life 2' feromons.

A new update, now i am modeling the torso and the cloak,i will make the upper part in zbrush.

Haha, yeah Timex the butt is slightly on the large side. Actually jumped back from my screen when the picture loaded:) You might want to elongate the legs a litte and decrease the buttage:) Good start.

Looks very nice and sleek. The only thing I would suggest is giving her heel bone some bulkiness and nice outward curve. Right now her heels seem rather flat.

yeahh she have a big ass , now i make some changes on it but i not have time i'm modelling fast then i fix the problems,the model in the viewport have meshsmooth 1.

You need more definition on the sides of the ass since its such a focal point of the character. Maybe add the fat pack and shadow near the great trochanter?

Now i am working in the hands,the head and the body must be worked in zbrush...,i add some ribbon to the body for upgrade the sense of the mind control.
The weapons is used to control the minds, and 2 blades for fight.
for the face maybe i will use a Angelina jolie's picture .

looking very good! the shoes are maybe a bit long?
i like the ribbons coming out of the back, nice touch. the weapons look cool too.

i make the shoes more longs... i will make the girl "fly" she can be stabilized some meters over the ground using the mind control and now she not have to walk and the shoes only are details,she must be a lot in the air equal than x-men's storm.
This is the image of angelina i love it for the face of my lady .

Finally i finish my model for the contest :S, but the time is a shit ... only 2 hour to texture it :S, and for make all the renders , i am blind i think...., i put some image of the model, the next day i make a good textures for she.
