Ive been meaning to make a start on this all week.
so i sat down for 15 mins and did a quick sketch of what i want to do.
I want to make a sorta angel of death thing, leader of a fell army.
ive allready been told she looks 12 , and like Michael Jackson. But all the same , the first person to call me a pedo gets a five pound note.

As an general advise... sexy dresses are always for the win!!111one
But in this case as it is supposed to be a respected general, I would go for a more subtile approach, instead of that 'wire that covers the nippels' way you seem to be heading.
at the moment she aint looking to dangerous
I had no idea Bob Mould was a paedo.
now get ur ass back to the land of scott so we can drink you under the table again.

(oh ... and besides which, you fucker, we'd been in the pub all day)
aaaand back to the concept. She is strangely young looking for a "general" ... though that's not a bad thing, some sort of child war-prodigy perhaps?
i started modeling a basic shape to work details into.
ive started using max for home projects too , and box modeling !
Time to start the head.
Allways used strip modeling for heads, so this will be different.
I have to imagine you have a folder containing images of prepubescent girls tortured and left without food to die during the holocaust that you use as reference. If not, could you please stop making them. There has to be a better idea crawling around that head of yours just waiting to be set free.
Its ok , you dont have to like my work
Im actually trying to think of some cool design for the helmet/headress, i was thinking of somthing like those hats they wear in big trouble in little china.
there's nothing more evil than a sexually attractive 14 year old. How much would that f*ck with the enemy's mind?
cant i drink and model?
just playing with making a costume now.
not really happy with it ...
i also need to cut down on the polys in the face and add some more in the body...
been trying to spice things up a little.
I did do a cloth uniform over the top , but it looked like shit so i got rid.
gotta cut down the polys some , and put in some more hair.
Hell, if it works, I think I'll do something like that, then.
as promised... its very very quick ... but im happy with the deformation.
But I kida agree on the butt comment... even if you got it to deform well, ist still doesn't look that nice (undeformed). Loose that strange loop and give that booty a nicer shape
Oh and the hands are maybe a bit too big, but I am not quite sure.
As for the ass, i should do a grab of it without wires, this poly flow puts shaded polys in the right place, which is nice if you dont want to rely on UVs/Normal maps for your shading info too much in an area which will deform greatly. somtimes it can look nasty. that said normal mapping is our friend... ill wait and see how it looks. i can always restructure polyflow afterwards. preserve UVs is lovly in max.
i could get rid of that tri in the middle of the butt tho.
done some normal mapping. this is the low poly model with the maps applied. no hair yet.
next i do an ambient bake for the texture map, and then a few nvidia plugin details for the normal map.
I liked the idea about the syringes that was bandied about last week - I really think it would add that extra bit of depth to it.
Also, I think the breasts could benefit from just a *LITTLE* bit of gravity hang, even though she is wearing a suit. It would add a few more years to her at least
Have to wonder why you took such a pixellated screenshot for that last image though? Is that from ZBrush? You know you can zoom in without zooming the canvas and getting blurry pixels, right?
started texturing...
what i think ill do is add some more syringes around the belt area... i need to chop some polys too. keep the comments coming
