Premier game developer in Northern California is searching for a dedicated and talented Internal Producer for their newest Action Adventure title for the Xbox 360, PSX3 and PC. They are looking for an Internal Producer who has an undying work ethic, is eager to take on new challenges and has a desire to work on a team that is dedicated to make the best game possible. This developer is committed to equipping its team with the best resources available as well as providing excellent salaries, bonuses, full benefits and relocation assistance if necessary. This Internal Producer will play a significant role in executing the ambitious vision of this new Action Adventure title.


PRODUCER (INTERNAL)
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
• Proven success in the following:
o Managing people & relationships, conflict resolution, negotiation, communication, presentation, and assembly and motivation of talented teams
• Expertise in the following :
o Defining production processes for team and for contractors, talent, and other project contributors and rapidly evolving/determining new process to meet changing technology, organizational, or market conditions
• Must have good analytical and creative skills.
• Ability to manage the facet of a game from concept to the development phase and through the quality assurance and localization phases
• Focus will be on ensuring title quality, getting a game out the door on time by keeping work assignments prioritized, managing bug fixing, communicating among team members, managing the localization process and ensuring first party technical requirements are met
• Excellent Communication Skills communication skills are essential
• You will need all these skills because you have to come in here and earn the respect of your team
• Knowledge of software tool capabilities and platform constraints, ability to integrate technology changes, ability to commission and integrate new technologies.
