Warhawk polycounter lvl 18
It has been awhile since I did something for myself. So this is a wonderfull oportunity to expand my skills .

Here is my contribution to this war smile.gifIt is time to kick some CGchat ass. I am aiming for a more real look and feel . Still alot more to do , but I am geting there . I have to add some more scifi gedgets and of course a huge weapon . I will probably also do the normal map if I will have time . Coments are welcome .

    Well, it looks like a good model, but it really doesn't look like a general.
    It looks just like a regular footsoldier - there's nothing special or unique about him. Mainly the helmet is what's making him feel very generic and standard-trooper-ish. I think you need to work on the concept a little more and get some more leadership qualities into this guy.

    I agree with MoP.
    Although it is a great model, just needs to stand out a little more as a general and not just standard trooper.
    Definately do something about the helmet, maybe a hat or an alternative helmet? Maybe spruce up the armour a little?

    Thanks for the coments guys.

    I totaly agree for being to much ordinary soldier . I am still thinking what to do with the helmet and general look . I will try to make him thougher and more bad ass looking.The thing that I want to do is to make his outfit being adapted to a more toxic enviroment . That means I will probably do the closed helmet with some kind of breathing device to filter toxic air . And instedad of normal boots I will make him some sort of hydraulic stilts .     Hey . I made some more progress on him .I was experimenting with hydraulic stilts but it just came out of place so I scraped the idea . Also I was experimenting with killzone/halflife like helmet but it would come out just too much copy/paste design . So eventualy I decided to do my own version of future helmet . I don't want to exaggerate with high tech stuff and make hime a huge big ass armor.I am happy with silhouette so it is time to make him a weapon. Any more suggestions and ideas would be appriciated . Thanx.
