Typically, I don't eat anything in the morning... atleast I try not to. I do occasionally get hunger pains in the morning, and I'll grab a small snack item (like a piece of candy). On the weekends, since I don't work, I eat cereal usually. About once a month, I make pancakes or french toast (or am I supposed to call it freedom toast now?)
Oh, Fridays are Begal/Donut day, so on those mornings I usually have a donut.
Coffee for the most part, but every now and then I go for the all out breakfast of kings. You know, like Bacon, Eggs, Sausage, toast, perhaps a hash brown.
as far as cereal goes, I eat that late at night, it's a great snack.
Soy Milk and Pancakes (not that 'just add water' crap). As a southern boy, sometimes I get the craving for Liver Mush and Grits, along with a big Omelette, Toast, Sausage, and OJ. Those days I skip lunch. If I go out, Biscuits and Sausage Gravy is a favorite.
Once I get to work I have some tea or coffee and toast or a biscuit. Since I am alergic to wheat, gluton and a bunch of other crap, that rules out most major cereals for me. My wife makes spelt bread and spelt biscuits at home once a week.
I either eat a bowl of whole wheat or oat bran based cereal with organic milk, or I have a fruit smoothie made out of milk and 2-3 fresh fruits. (thanks to my sis for the smoothie blender for Christmas)
If I'm late to work, I eat oatmeal from work for free. 8-)
A coffee smoothie from Smoothie King (similar to a Starbucks Frappucino, but without as much fat and sugar) ... or I'll roll up some fat free sour cream in a high-fiber low fat whole wheat herb and garlic tortilla along with something savory to flavor it. Some days, I add a banana to the meal.
i tend to not eat when i wake up. it has a tendency to upset my stomach.
unless it's something very base like untoasted bread. i need at least an hour and half or 2 before i eat. but first thing i eat in the day is usually on break at work. either an iced hunny bun or some cookies (fudge stripes or fudge covered graham crackers: generic cheap walmart brand but damn they are good!)
Usually nothing but I made turkey meatloaf last night so I had that for breakfast, an alternate breakfast when I work out in the morning is a handful of vegtables and a muscle shake. The shake tastes like crap but I hate breakfast food anyway.
Orange juice and some sort of cereal, usually. Occasionally I'll have a couple of pain au chocolat and a glass of milk. Very rarely, I sometimes have toast with marmalade on.
I am English, and to the best of my knowledge have never eaten a crumpet
I used to have heart burn in the mornings so i would eat a serving bowl worth of cereal every morning if not two. Now i eat lunch and dinner and skip the whole moring eating thing. I normaly drink a cup of chai tea or coco because of how cold my house is.

Those are lies from the pits of hell and you know it Mop. You're such a crumpet fiend that you brought a backpack of them with you wherever we went in San Francisco. I caught you sneaking tea and crumpets during the John Foster demo too!
I saw the commercial for Kellogg's Mini Swirlz (yes, with a "z") and simply had to buy a box. It reminded me of a cereal I ate in my childhood, which was also deliciously shaped like cinnamon rolls. But this new Mini-Swirlz stuff is terrible, it tastes like raw dough, condensed into a small toasted nugget. And when it gets soggy from sitting in the milk, it's even worse. Why oh why did I obey my television...
there was a homeless guy this morning picking thorugh the previous nights empty beer cans/bottles in the main street This was at 9.30 this morning.
Its just lucky no one had urinated in the can he picked up.
getting up and doing all that other morning stuff (scraping off grime, looking for socks) takes up far too much of the time between waking/leaving home to leave room for eating.
i have a handful of smints to take away the taste of the stomach acid that's gradually dissolving my throat ...
I really am not wild about breakfast food, so usually it's a half of a peanut butter and jelly plus one Red Bull. But if I have some left over Chinese or Mexican food in the fridge, I'd definitely do that instead. I really do enjoy General Tsao's chicken in the morning actually.
if i eat breakfast, i tend to go out and get a bagel... either a cinammon raison bagel sandwhich with egg cheese and bacon, or a plain bagel with cream cheese. Usually get a small mocha frap with it.
I'm a muffin man myself. Prefer poppyseed, blueberry or banana-nut. And coffee, defineatly coffee. 24oz, non-fat soymilk (damn lactose intolerance), a 'lil sugar.
Yum.
On the weekends, I make better breakfasts. Spinach/Feta breakfast quesadillas, egg-beater fruitata's, things like that.
Grape Nuts with a diced banana in it. occasionally a different cereal, and since we accidentally got a box, Grape Nuts Trail Mix is galaxy of awesome flavor.

i usually skip it, because i cant afford it.
Yah, yah, getting old...need to improve diet...blah blah. =]
...or instant oatmeal if I'm short on time.
Coffee
Bagel
Muffin
Not all at once, usually just one of the above.
