Hey fellas. Never competed before but when I saw the competition and everyone getting ready for battle; I figured nows a good time to start. Heres a WIP of the character im tryin to roll with. I think you might want to do a page of thumbnails for his head shape. Right now it's cool, but I have a feeling that's gonna be his main focal point and right now it's not as strong as it could be. I'd push the shapes and really try to come up with something dynamic.

Im thinkin i might try to go with more of a stylized robotic type of ninja dude, that way i can add detailed stuff in with out it looking out of context.

Yea my favs are 5 6 and 8 aswell. Im reworkin the costume a little ill have some images up later. Then i can see which head and costume to choose after getting more feed back.

Like them all just a thought here take torso of #1 and put that design on #3 and keep everything on #3 along with the over shoulder design, lights?

Keep it up lookin good, trying to concept up somthing myself.

I added a tail to him because he seemed a little to basic, and it definitely adds to his silhouette. Also made him more robotic. Finished the low poly version.

Cool start Weapon_X, the concepts are neat too. I like the gauntlets, though I expected the extended cylinders to be thicker based on the concept.

Exaggerating the extruded armor bits and robotic feet might help the character profile. He could use some sort of knee, knee pad, of cloth definition of the bend in his pants. Tail could work, I'd like to see it thicker at the base growing gradually thinner with some sort of scorpion tip. How about puffing the pants up more, for bigger dynamic folds?
