This has me pretty hyped up. It's midnight but I think my brain will probably be going all night thinking up what my evil general should be. This is definitely something worth seeing thru to the end and participating in. Thanks to those that made this possible. It's going to be good...real good. Will follow up with more info as soon as I get some ideas nailed down. Till then...black & green.

Well my good friend and comrade Xenobond came to me this evening with the idea of teaming up on this one and so we will. We have a pretty solid character design laid out and I will be sketching that up starting now. I will most likely model this general and Xenobond will helm the texture work for her. This should be nice. I'm sure we will both mix some of the work up as well during the process. Images coming soon!

that is very nice, the helmet looks a bit like a screw though. try it without the line in the middle, i think that would look great.

Concept is great, I like the standard feet/boots better than the claw ones in your original concept. The blade attached to the fist is a good touch.

OK here we go...I know I haven't posted any modeling WIPs up here, but I didn't want to show off anything till it was about done. I have little left to model, mainly just her twin swords that we decided to go with instead of the one broad sword on the right arm. So here's a lil movie for you to see a turnaround of her...just click the image to bring up the movie. Oh and she isn't going to just have one foot :P The other isn't in place because when not rigged / posed in a more neutral state the legs can't be straight due to the boots being so flared at the bottom. She comes in at around 4800 tris as is (with both boots just no swords) On with the show!

Oh yeah thanks goes out to the one like MoP...because he listened to me rant about trying to figure out rendering quicktime movies at non 4:3 sizes from Max and then my shadow madness. Go go Magic MoP!

Chris please work on those boobs. They are just silly huge. Come oonnnnn. They do not look like they merge with the armor at all, instead, she seems to have huge knockers and peekabo armor cutouts. Merge them in god damnit! MERGE THEM IN! *shakes fist*

I don't see a real problem with the boobs like that... I guess it'll make more sense when textured.
Speaking of the texture, when's that coming? Is Xenobond slacking off on the UVs?
