Game Group annual survery...

The CMP Game Group is doing its annual survery on people woring in the gaming industry. Salary range, experience, etc etc. are the questions its asking. They do it every year and is a pretty interesting read once the results are in.

All Polycounters that work in the industry should take this survey. The data it gathers is excellent information for people looking to get in, as well as those of us already here. And the more data they can collect, the more acurate the final results.

Hopefully this year they do make the worldwide stats available, as before they took the information but only used US data in their reporting.

"Please multiply your salary by the exchange rate below to determine your salary in USD" ... don't follow these instructions to the letter if you're in the UK or euro zone. Doesn't quite work ...

it was a bit odd filling that in, never done that before. Never even had to count up the things i've had published let alone the things i worked on that never came out ...
