Any good podcasts?

I was thinking that podcasts would be fun to listen to while working, if there were any good ones. But you can't tell from just looking at the list in iTunes, and after a few rounds of downloading and then trashing some, I'm thinking I need recommendations.

Any and all suggestions welcome for good -- and interesting -- podcasts you know of. Guys rambling on the mic about whatever is not really what I think of as 'interesting'.

I tried listening to a few 'podcasts' and they were all self-important bores going on about their social arrangements and how their day sucked. I'm also interested to hear if there are any good examples of 'mp3s of people talking'.

I guess it depends on what you are into ? I'd like a good video game podcast but not found any yet . There is a good podcast at www.alpha-shade.com they talk about there webcomic but also a lot of other stuff like movies and they are pretty funny guys . I don't like the cgcast one the guys who do it just are not good radio types . Here is a place that lists podcasts you might find something you like there.

The one video game related podcast I listen to is VGNRadio at http://gaming-news.info/modules/news/ . It's not all that great for quality news, but it is entertaining to listen to, and it's not done by some 15 year olds who only go by aliases.

This Week in Tech is good if you like tech and most of the people from the old TechTV network.
