How can you model with out hands??? Let alone a head.
Good work so far. Either add the stumps like you have them, or fake it and make up a head and maybe some claws.
Great job, dude. My only complaint is the way the shirt is folding in the front at the stomach. You're going to want to use a reference, and, if you can, avoid using symetry in that area.
Not much else I can nitpick, great stuff!
Yeh, I think your right about the way the hoodie is hanging is slightly off. I will takes some photos to get a better idea how the clothes should hang.
Looks great so far. Just fix that issue with the folds on the hoodie, give yourself a head and some hands and you're sorted!
Maybe a little more detail on the backpack would help too? I dunno, zips, dangly strings or something?
The backpack could use some personality, add a sew on patch or two (the ones for bands or that you buy in stores). If I was going to model myself I would put a little style into it.
Actually there are a few (or more) disturbed children doing it too here in Germany, but I guess it isn't as wide spread.
But it looks hilariously stupid in my eyes.
OT: It is always fun to imagine which of current 'fashion-trends' are going to be the 'duh-that-looks-sooo-stupid' of the next decade, just like stuff you see in pictures from the 70s,80s or 90s
But I bet the gangsta-rappa outfit wins hands down
Looks cool tomdon!
The skintone looks a bit reddish to me. Like you have a slight sunburn. Maybe it's my monitor though
Also the folds in the jeans on the side of the lower legs could use some work. I don't think that jeans material can
make these thin straight folds.
The normal map seems to have small error in the sleeve of the sweater on the back (around the wrist). You can see that in the 4th render.
ps. Didn't Run DMC do that "shoe flap thing" way back in the 80's?
looks good, i'd make your material 2-sided so that you dont get that problem on the bottoms of the jeans where your looking at it from the back and its seethru.
Looks great at this point, but you still need to fix the hoody's folds. Also, the hair is flat on top yet poofy on the sides. Hat hair?
Oh, and can we see a closeup of the face?
I remember when Reebok Pumps were popular when we were kids and the tongue was where the pump was so you'd want to show it off. This is what happens when Reebok pump kids grow up. The fad never dies. Excellent model though. Perhaps your skin is thinner than most people, that is why your skin has a red hue. There are all different types of skin. I want close ups and wireframe shots if you would please.

I agree with steady too, you are in 3d.
