zbrush mirror stroke problem?

so I'm noodling away just making another test model to get used to zbrush, its going ok, although I really need to get some proper anatomy ref.. I check how the full model is looking by pulling back and his left hand is FUBAR frown.gif. I don't remember doing anything funny that would change the mirroring, I might have masked off his torso to stop accidental marks, but not his other hand..
is there any way of fixing this? can I transform his right hand onto the left somehow? :/
