Man .. I can barely understand what you are asking here.
AAAAANYWAY, I think the composition is a little cluttered. But as you mentioned, "you truelly dont know who drawed the concept", so I will assume you had nothing to do with that. The color choices aren't half bad but I think you really need to work on tightening up your brush strokes. Everything feels muddy.
i realyl head no idea about the colors and stuff so i decided them on my own.
Nway i was befor on a anime/mod forum and there were almost only anime works so i might learn right here how to make a pic not that muddy ;P
