Fantasy character creation and animation for rpg!

I am new here on polycount but it seems like you guys do great work, I have looked over alot of the models on the website, and browsed through the forums some. So here I am making a post.

First off I am sorry if this post sounds newbish, or if you get them alot, but I am going to try anyways.

I am curious if anyone out there would be interested in joining a team that is creating an mmorpg. Right now there isnt many on the team and we are working hard. Though it is rather hard because we have no 3d modelers. Right now we are looking for someone who can model characters, mostly player characters and then on to npc characters and monsters.

We get a lot of requests from newly formed teams trying to make an MMO, yes. That's about the most futile thing you can possibly do, MMOs are the hardest genre to build and maintain. Especially the server infrastructure is expensive.

Let me just chime in that for me it's more important to build a fun and compelling game than to have pretty graphics in an rpg.
