I decided to model this from a doodle yesterday, just brainstorming trying to come up with a cool videogame character.



It seems whenever I start thinking of what to make I waste too much energy just thinking about it, so this time I spent a very few minutes on the concept.



I'm very satisfied with it so far, any comments you guys have is very much appreciated

i vastly prefer the style in the concept, the dishevveled look of it, the crroked mouth pices off sized eyes, and just over all scribly loosley put together look,

Tough concept to work off of, but it's unique and I like it. Try roughing in your concepts more so you know exactly what you're aiming for.

Hey thanks guys, I strayed away from the front view concept and followed the side view more. Going un-symmetrical is a good idea, and I'll definitely go that route in the future.

Bugger's an old robot buit for competetive clog dancing, note the hard wooden shoes and knee switchblades. He became out of date when he got served.

Interesting little character.. I do like the paint over you've done, it will be neat to see where you take the texture. Though, what I'm really interested in seeing is how well this character will animate. He has that certain cute/stylized quality to him, that for me, puts him in a category of characters that are very animated. That being said, I'd encourage you to rig and animate this character if you were not already planning that.

Looks like a fun little guy, I look forward to seeing him farther along in the process.

Thanks Eric, I planned to throw some poses on him once I finish the texture, but maybe i'll try a funky walk animation.
