The zombie is nice, I would like to see the zombie's skin to be a little less monochromatic.

Everything else is top-notch! I also like the base on that sea witch thing!

The Brom piccy is over a year old... but its a better render of the original and, waddya know I added arms, ain't I clever? So I posted it anyway.

Heres some more updates. I am about halfway through mapping this guy, so dont be too harsh... there are some uv problems and some bumps on bumps that shouldn't be there.

edit: I'd be tempted to add some subtle overall gradient on the face centering on the eyes, because at the moment my eyes want to wonder all over the face without any main resting place

Awesome, very Creature from the Black Lagoon like. I think that 3rd eye isn't reading so much as an eye as the other two, if it is in fact an eye. Thats my only crit, it looks great man.

I agree with most of what Scooby said except for the texture and top eye part. I like how the top eye is different; then again maybe the pupil should be bigger at least, and turned in the same direction, like he said. The shadows over the eyes is a big thing though, as well as the lip part.
