I just started with a box and this is what came out. I dont have a plan. But i sat a poly limit at 2500. Its about 1900 now. Im not use to model low poly stuff so some construktive critisism is welcome. Maybe i will add hair or a helmet. Maybe some more armour...

The proportions are off if its supposed to be a adult. Right now with thte large head and small limbs he looks like a child. Maybe thats what your going for though.

The hip/ass area is too thin on the side view.

Arms appear to be too short/small, fingertips should be at around mid thigh.

yup, you are both rigth about the arms.. I have just fixed that. Mid thigh? what?! i dont understand?
