Sony said yesterday that if enough customers ask for it, the company may add support for text content served via an RSS feed to its PSP.
"A day earlier, SCEI released its latest firmware update which added an RSS reader to the PSP, but the software only works with audio content such as podcasts. Adding text support would allow users to follow updates to blogs or receive the growing number of RSS feeds from commercial organizations, such as news and auction sites."
People who don't upgrade won't be able to play many games now.
