The music in that video is performed by Trans-Siberian Orchestra. I saw them in concert Monday, and it was the best rock show I have ever seen. Lights, explosions, lasers, snow, kick ass guitar solos...so awesome.
How this person rigged their lights to do this, no clue. But they're definately a fan.
Probably controlling them by a computer and programming that routine into it, kinda like how those students rigged a highrise to play Tetris using the room lights.
Hm... you don't think thats just been recomposed to the music. It'd be a pretty simple thing to do to just get a bunch of static shots and put them together in after effects or something.
