The 360 suffers from the same problem. As for the xbox over heating, thats kind of old news I had a recall for two of the power cord thingies about a year ago. Now that the 360 is out I might consider modding teh box. Sucks you need emulation software to make xbox games run on the 360 and not all the games are compatible "yet".
