Low quality normalmaps.. What am i missing?

hey, hoping someone here can help me out with this little normalmapping problem im having. Been tryin all day rendering out a normalmap from a wirefence mehs i build earlier today. However my normalmaps seem to be really low quality an like jagged in the edges.

I noticed this was mentioned in poops tutorial and that the solution was to make sure global supersampling was turned on. This however doesnt help me at all!

Here is my settings for the renderer:

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction here since im kinda clueless whats going on.
If there any additional info on my settings you need just ask and i tell.
