I´m having some problems with normal maps, and probably someone could put me on the path to solve them.
Here is an image of the problem:
The problem, as you can see, is on the borders. Despite i have added geometry there to avoid hard angles, what should be a straight line is shown as a funky curved line (sorry, i do not find other way to name it in english :P)
I do not know what i´m doing wrong, but since Melody (you know, the app for normal maps from Nvidia) does it good, i know this has to be something strange with my geometry or the way i setup it. In melody i have other problems (with smooth groups for example), but well, i need to know why i´m failing doing it in max.
Anyone can help please?

Ben outlines this problem at the bottom of that page there.
Basically you need to adjust your projection cage so it lines up correctly.
