I would put her on a mechanical spider-like lower body. That upper body just screams for it IMO.

It looks to me like it should resemble a robed figure so I'd say rocket boosters that (with their flames and attachments) form a "robe" or maybe something like the Pyros from OMF2097.

What about tank treads, or having it hover? Propelled around by repulsers would be kind of cool. You could have the tiny feet dangle and sway around as it moved.
