GUN has shipped, that makes title number five for me, my third that I worked on full time. I was only at Neversoft for the final two months of art production so my contributions were limited, but you can find them on my 3d page here. I will be adding in game screenshots soon, so that you can see them posed and in game. Pick up your copy, it's coming out on the GC, PS2, Xbox, Xbox 360 (at launch), PSP, and PC. I'm personally gonna be playing the Xbox version, which I prefer the most, but whatever console you get it on, get it! Also let me know what you think. I'll update where you can see the NPC's I made in game later.

My favourite is the 3rd one down, probably because of the costume, but the face on the 2nd guy is best IMHO.
My single crit is that the last guy's beard looks glued on - maybe because there's shadow at the top as well as the bottom? Either way, his facial hair looks pretty fake. The rest is really nice though.
Great work
Brome: Er, you can quite easily see what resolution the textures were! Not only has Ben told you in numbers and text at the top right of each image, but each texture flat is also displayed at true res. Get your pixel ruler out if you need to!
I can't wait to see them in motion! Its a bit of a shame that your texture resolution had to be so low, but I'm sure it was an interesting challenge! Keep up the good work!
i dig em sir. i do really like the pixel mud details on the first guy's boots and pants, comes off well, and is a nice touch the shop keep dudes are sweet. I like the maddog skin, but i agree with DH that the eyes seem a little funny, and the corners of the lips seem a little off.. but its different, and works well in making a unique character.
and the clean unwraps are just purdy dig em muchos.
mang.
or was it that they will turn into crazy hippy hermits?
im not sure......
nevertheless, carry on poop!
Nice work given the PS2 constrains. Luckyly those constrains will be a thing of the past soon (hopefully)

nah! The big co.s will continue to develop for current hardware for some time yet. I know that EA feel that they dropped support for the PS1 too soon. Plus let's not forget the handheld market. These assets are fine for a PSP.

Congratulations on the shipped title, and thanks for the sticker!
Congrats on the 5th title, ... now lets get them nextgen juices flowing next
Did you overcome any imitations when making artwork for the game? Were you newly challenged in an area of the development process?
Thanks for the kind words guys. And if you want to see my next gen stuff, check my website in the next week or two for when I post my Mythic renders.
How many of you are going to pick up GUN? And after you do, let me know how you liked it.
I'll definately be getting it within the next couple days. My PS2 is dead, so that leaves me to the PC or Gamecube versions. Which do you suggest I pick up?
I was wondering, how was it working on a Western game? I know this is a new realm for you, how did you like doing work for that era?

congrats on your first game at neversoft !!!!
nice efficient work poopie pie
Been seeing a lot of advertisments for this game!
He posted this where the images were
These images had to be removed as per the request of Neversoft management as to not interfere with PR and marketing.
I guess clearing it with publisher first is a good rule
