Yes, my fourth version of the guy, except this time i'm taking the normal map route.
He's probably going in Quake4 and UT2007 (in the future), so I dun't want to dig up my older ut2k4 fb thread for this hi-poly guy.
Besides, this mesh is different than the one the other thread was about anyway. The new low-poly mesh is going in UT2004 however, and maybe Q3A (it's only 2610 triangles)
anyhow, I just need to tweak the hands, back of legs and the wing "hands" now, as well as give him an all-new set of bracers. Since my last update in the WIP thread he now has his head reshaped a bit, and some torso tweakage.

Sharper and smaller details will be sculpted later on (i.e. navel, muscle edges, ear, etc) once I get
sharpconstruct working (doesn't start).
Vailias will be animating him for ut2k4 and maybe ut2k7 if the psk/psa formats don't change too much.

the wing muscles should be more like his arm muscles. Tie the upper muscles in with the lower.
Ohter than that the model is looking good. Though around the base of the nck in the center looks odd.
Im guessing cheap wants to show a more animalistic view of the gargoyle which results in showing genitals...either that or he just likes to model cock

As far as your model goes, the muscles seem to be defined to strongly. Probably a stylistic choice on your part, but I just think it was look better if you used some subtetly

ive noticed that from all the garg wang pics you've shown as reference. they might be shaped right but the placement always seems to be pretty off..

i did fix the penis a bit, and reworked his neck a bit, and deleted the membrane polys as it's not needed, same for the bracers as they're getting a bump patterh rather than a normal map

by the way guys, he's supposed to have some exaggerated muscle features and not just a simple superhero build (which would be boring and not cool imo). he's an anime-styled monster after all, so i have to get picky with any muscle crits or otherwise he'll lose his fb shape and look
the model looks particularly bulky and im sure you can slim hmi down and make him more beleivable and not lose "that firebrand look"
to me all the refs you've used show him as a very cut superhero build, so just look at some cut powerlifters and tone down that muscle mass.
however your wang is perfect.
