Hi here is my entry. I'm not sure if I'll be able to finish it though.

I wanted to make a modern Frankenstein type character. The model is 256 polys. The skin is far from over and am not very good at painting human textures from scratch. I based the model losely off this concept I made awhile back except I wanted it to be "cute". Let me know what you think. Thanks.

I like your model, but I think if you choose some different colors in the texture it would help a lot. Maybe more of a dead-looking desaturated green color for the skin, and a better idea of what he should be wearing. I am terrible at picking what clothes I want a character to wear, but the "muscle shirt and slacks" seems to be what I always do when I can't think of a good outfit :P
You might want to consider giving him no shirt, so you can see his mutilated chest or something, and give him som tattered black pants? These are just ideas that I can imagine him wearing. Keep it up, hope you can finish!
For the fun of it, here's a picture of my Pie in the Sky disks: http://chrisholden.net/gcs95.jpg
Of course, back then it was less than DOOM (1) technology. All sprites and no textures allowed on floors/ceilings. You kids today, with your polygons, and your... HEY! Get off my lawn!
