Max manipulator

My max manipulator has gone weird - its TINY. Anyway I can reset it back to the normal size?

Customize > Preferences > Gizmos tab > Transform Gizmos > Size

I think there's also some hotkeys by default, but I changed them to + & - on the numpad. I end up changing the size once in awhie.

those shortcuts are - and = the ones on the second row of keys before the backspace and after the numbers!!
