Trauma Center: Under the Knife

Anyone looking for a very challenging and most original little title should pick this one up. It's starting to sound like the silly rantings of a fanboy, but once again it's an experience only the DS can bring you.
The game does a great job of giving the player a real sense of urgency. The operations can be really stressfull, and many of the objectives require you actually take your time to do them as precisely as possible.
