Looking for tutorial for rigging of forearm

I am looking for a tutorial that explains how to rig the forearm so that you get this natural twist in it.
I rememeber coming accross such a tutorial that describes how you can this by splitting up the one in the forearm into a couple of bones and setting links and constraints to them.
Obviously I cannot find this tutorial anymore

That's exactly the one I was looking for. The 3ds max tutorial described it too but in a less friendly and illustrated way.
