Check the Autodesk site, the demo is now available.

Obvious fixes are the normal map viewport issues. Pelt mapping is quite nice, as well.

weird... i thought that even though Autodesk owned max for awhile that they had been sticking with the discreet name/lineup for all their film/game applications...

nope, the discreet-brand was slapped onto max later. originally it was associated with FFI and the company/branch which formerly was discreet has never been involved in max development.

haha, autodesk combustion, i'm laughing my ass off... it was really neccessary to separate that sucker from the FFI line.
