Ouch man sorry to hear,funny you mention that one of the new guys who started with me on the same day caught his leg in the stairs going down and fell and tore tendons in that area also
Hey SM18! - Looks good I hve no fever lil bruises and 2 month sling.
current one is at L shape with torso 24/7
then in Oct will be set lower n lower start 3 to 4 months therapy. If I was in sports full return six mo plus. Office grunt I am shooting for Jan 1. I have insurance & if I go whole hog recocery can be 100 plus, long as I go for therapy all the way.Missus is less happy about extended therapy but I am doing it anyway, no matter what.
no nerve damage is apparent cos I can move my fingers about 2 inches now & numbness is gone. But Orthopedict Surgeon tells me to never lift anything over 60 lbs rest of my life. Taking lots of joint tendon building spplements. sorry hard to type w one hand.
