Painting foldings techniques? killingpeople please

hi guys,

well i have a question... is there a good tutorial or video out somewhere... where someone explains a technique to paint foldings on textile in photoshop? but i do not mean "how light and shadows fall" i mean how do i make the look sharpe and nice, i us smudge a lot on my way... but i end up blury al the time... or perhaps some of you guys can share the secrets about "how to paint nice cuttlings"... maybe killingpeople could give a good answer to this... plz

Harl doesn't talk about foldovers though. I like to use a lasso selection to create a temporary mask, and paint right up against it, invert selection, paint other side, then deselect and feather out the ends.
