Kovac: I'm using the normal WinXP shell with a hax0red uxtheme.dll. The visual style is called BlackMesa, you can find it on customize.org, among other places. As for the sidebar, go to desktopsidebar.com. The skin I'm using for that is called Slate Black (made by William Smith).
