In the last 10 hours I've:
Showered
Played Makai Kingdom (fun game)
Watched Trainspotting
Cleaned my room and desk area.
And opened my blinds for the firs time in God knows how long. I never knew my room could be so fucking bright. It's nuts!
Welcome to my nightly existance. You'd think I'd be getting tons of artwork done in those late hours...
However my brain has sorta turned to mush from years of this affliction and it just makes things harder.
I love skinny girls with short hair and small boobs.
She's so hot, I actually didn't mind seeing Ewan McGregor's cock flapping about after the sex scene.
And I still find it hard to believe that Sick Boy was played by the same guy in Hackers. Hahahahaha
Hold a baseball in your hands.. spin it around as fast as you can following the stitching. Blinking your eyes fast.
Holding your arm above your head as long as you can with eyes closed while in bed. Fight the falling arm feeling.. keep it up there. Let it wobble on purpose every now and then. Soon it will really wobble on its own. I find that after doing this for a while my body gives up, my arm falls down completely and I'm out. You must be serious about it too.

Yeah, I imagine not being able to sleep for 7 to 36 months would inevitably cause dementia... even going for 36-48 hours without sleep is enough to make me feel as if I'm starting to lose my mind. What a horrible way to go.
Actually, when you pass out from drinking too much your body never enters REM so the sleep you get is not restful, which is why you often feel tired when hung-over (at least I do). I realize that you were joking but this is something that I was unaware of and came as a surprise to me when I heard it for the first time a few years ago.
45 minutes of daily physical activity pretty much does it for me. Walking, milling about the house, crazy sex, gardening.. doesn't really matter. I sleep like a baby, 10pm to 6 am. If I don't get enough physical activity in (I can't really call it exercize) during the week I start having trouble, usually within a few days.
