Ok, I've got a few freelance art jobs coming up, one is doing a webpage for my brother's friend and the other is creating vector art for belt buckles and carved wooden statues.

I tend to undercharge for friends and my brother is insisting that I stop screwing myself. Is $500 a good price for setting up a webpage for a tattoo shop?

The vector images are for my brother's former boss who will probably try to screw me on the price so I'd like to know what I should charge, here's something I've done for him in the past.

Well, I'm in no way a professional here, but my boss who is said that it pretty much matters on the complexity of the page. If the guy is wanting lots of nice graphics or interactive stuff it'll be higher than just a plain page sort of thing.

She said that no webpage goes for less than like $300, so if you are doing a fairly complex page $500 is pretty low, if it's a simple page, it's just right.

I'm not sure how many pages the site will have, it should at least have a gallery for each artist (two at the moment), shop location, and links. I'm looking for some sort of phpgallery I could incorporate into the site so they can update their galleries whenever they want, I noticed someone here had a gallery like that but I forgot who.
