3dmax: license problem when using Norton Ghost?

hello, have you guys ever experienced this?

Using Norton Ghost, I backed up my OS hard disk partition which contains 3dmax.

Then when I restored that image, when I tried to run 3dmax, it said "a previous license was detected and authorization code needed".

They will more than happy to help and send you a new license, they are pretty friendly try it out

dude, peanut is right, I'd even go so far as to say this entire thread should be deleted. If you have problems with max, ASK THEM!
