God I hate hurricane season..

I think Katrina just passed, For those of you who don't know which hurricane it is, heres a pic.. http://firstcoastnews.com/weather/satellite_tropics.aspx its the big one west of florida, I'm pretty sure it passed through.. My computer crashed and the lightning bolts were brighter then the Bulbs in my house! It was awesome but scary at the same time, I'm glad it didn't hit me and i hope none else will!! Last year i think school was closed for 2 weeks because of huricanes, and this year i think is going to be the same maybe worse, Gulp. I'm preying for the people that got hit, and im praying that it dosen't kill anymore people.. Hopefully it will Decease before it hits texas or any other states near it O_o

Ok, i've heard from my uncle this morning, that New Orleans is being evacuated, due to a large hurricane heading it's way that will put it underwater. (he was reading this off of a news site)

Yeah, all of today has pretty much been evacuations from what i understand. They cut in and said the superdome was open for people to stay untill the area has been cleared. I really hope that this thing dosn't hit to hard but it looks like its going to be really rough. I'm in upstate Alabama so I guess we'll be feeling some of it too. Yay, tornados!
