Hey guys
Got a hardware problem it seems....
I have a Duel BootSystem with Windows98SE and Windows2000,Basically we increased the RAM from 512 to 1024MB and Windows 2000 works fine, but Windows98SE is refusing to boot up properly .
Is Windows98SE having problems reconising the new ram or could this be another problem?
Thanks in advance

if that's not the case, read this, it's a bug for 95, 98, etc

Take out 256mb and it will boot fine.
win98 doesnt handle any amount of ram over 768mb.

thats just a myth
Just saying from my own experience that seems to be the case.
Sonic we took your advise and that of the link and we adjusted the mentioned.ini file....it works damn well now.
Hawken:- The point of it is,that we can play games that only run on 98 or earlier .
Thanks again all, saved us a whole truckload of trouble.
