Okay guys, Me and my family are going bankrupt here. We have 2 houses we live in 1 of them which is a 4 bed 2 bath 2 living rooms and a kitchen with a garage.
The other house that we have is being rented out at 1500 a month, But the people just moved out and my mom *divorced* is having trouble paying the bills once again. Now were thinking about selling either of the houses right now. If we sell this house we will move into the other house and gain a profit of 20000$. With that money said we can pay off the house that we move into. My mom can pay off her car, And other things that cost her money. Now. If we sell the other house and stay in this one we gain a 120000$ income wow
. But we still have to pay the morgage the car bill the electricity bill etc, etc, etc. But we don't have to pay the bank anymore for the loan that they gave us. Now my mom says we should move back into the other house because the morgage makes her angry but i mean come on 
. I'm not much of a buisness guy so.. I've also been sneaking in around half of my pay check each week to my moms purse.. Shhh don't tell her. She won't take my money because she says she can handle it but i know she can't. Shes starting to get suspicious about where the moneys comming from so ill just wire transfer it to her account >: ).
Maybe you guys could help us decide whats a better choice for us. BTW The other house is a 3 Bedroom 1 living room 1 kitchen 2 bath and a garage. My mom makes 1800$ a month and around 20-30 Thousand a year. So she wants to move back into the other house because she could use all of that 1800 on the bills and then around 1100 for food clothes and shes really happy about that. We wouldn't also have to pay the bank back for any loans once so ever.
Right now living in the house is, My mom, My brother, My sister, Me, And my other sister is about to move out.. So being that said it will have to be me and my brother (17) Sharing a room together and my sister having one to her own (15). Now me and my brother do get along just well except you know how brothers have fights some times
. So.. Help us decide :S!

having two houses is more valuable, because A: you'd spend more getting another one and B: you have a steady income from renting one.
As most estate owners know, once you sell your property you've lost, for both yourselves and your legacy. Having two houses and being skint is much better for your future then selling up to pay bills.
Project your situation into a five year future prediction.
Keeping a house and a car, thats not bankrupt at all, just a substancial loss.

what, this forum is the most politically incorrect there is, and that is great. I might have not been around the "good old days" but this forum really holds quite an amount of different thinking (politically, artwise, intelligence etc. etc.) people who can take a fullblow hit against their thing and can defend it and the good thing is ... it is allowed here. This is the place where political correctnes can still be taken under fire and really needs to proove itself and is not a set rule in the forums.
