Windows explorer error -.-

Okay, I've got another problem with my "omfg im gonna kill this computer" Computer.

When ever i click on a folder such as
Programs
Games
Control Panel
My Documents

Anything such as that, I get a windows Explorer error and my explorer restarts so i get kicked off xfire and all that jazz.. Now.. My internet explorer stopped working too so i had to get a friend to ive me Mozilla.. So mozilla firefox works but internet explorer dosen't.. I ran Norton antivirus and it detected 9 virus's and only fixed 5.. So then i ran crap cleaner and spy bot search and destroy and it came up with 7 temporary internet files and could not delete them.. Now i can't delete them either because i can't go into explore or anything because like i said it will crash. So if anyknows some really good Spyware get rid of programs.. Please.. Please Give me them..

And if none of this crap works im just going to get a ATA150 300GB Harddrive 7200RPM for like 113$.

Details please , I don't have boot disk anymore because i lost it.. and i tried reinstalling windows.. That didn't work either..

format, go into bios, make it boot from cd first, put in win cd, reboot, install

Yeah, I tried that but when i do it says some kinda file is missing psyp.dll or something like that,

The windows XP CD is good because i used it not long ago.. So i don't know whats up.

If you have active viri, all you can do is reinstall Windows. Make sure to delete your old Windows installation beforehand.

try restarting in safe mode, then running your various anti-viral programs. my go-to computer guy told me that last visit.
