Is there anone on your team that collects all the assets for a level or group of artists and checks for good building conventions, texture sizes, and polygon counts?
I think there should be some sorta like, ambassador for art assets between art and design or something right?
If anyone has anyone who does that if you could hook me up with them that would be awesome.

I'll get a hold of you through your e-mail.
The naming conventions are set fairly early on, and bath files/maxscripts are used to create base files and folders. Others are used to batch check assets where possible.
