LOW-Poly & HI POLY Modelers needed for RPG!!!

HI, I'm Diegoale2000, Creator of Dreams: Essences of Life, an RPG that includes everything from 3d Rendered maps to professional Artists and animators working on the character's Portraits and their cutscenes, as well as Very experienced voice actors for each main character and antagonist.
The game is going along well as of now, and It was going to be 2d Charas with 3d BG's but someone suggested 3d characters...so here i am inviting you guys to participate in our project.
The game Is Anime Styled, and I was thinking of the characters being in FF7 Style...If You've never played it I mean that their walking Models are a little bit deformed so that they are "Chibi"-ish
if You're interested, it'd be modelling the Main Characters and the Main Antagonists, as well as some of the NPCs and Important characters in the story. They don't have to be detailed or anything and low Polygon to save time...sort of Like FF7 kinda GFXs. If You tell me How I can easily make each and every single character's Skin/Material and they will be very high Quality. as well as the hair clothes anything that needs a material I can make their Materials/skins for them, to ease the job a little bit.
Of Course, this isn't a Paid project since the game is going to be free for download. and since the engine Is 2d the characters would have to be rendered. However You can simply send me the Character file and the walking animation and i'll make sure to render and arrange the GFXs.
This Game, as many people in Different Gaming Forums have said "is very promising" and this is not gonna be a project that's never going to be finished..It'll be finished as soon as all the gFX are done, as the basics for the game are allready done, and right now being polished.
ALSO: here are some of the game's features:
-Animators Working on the Cutscenes
-Professional Artist Designing the Characters Portraits.
-Battle System: Unlike Most Turn based RPGs whrer you only have one melee command, in My game you have Fighting game styled Command Input Mode to Make the characters do kicks, Puches, Uppercuts, combos etc. The magi System However keeps the RPG style as you simpley choose it and cast it. but every Action is Voice acted to make the battle deeper. Also magic cna be combined in battle to have one of a kind-spells on the go.
-2 Party System: up to 8 characters at the same time can be played,however they're divided into 2 parties..and You can switch them around to your liking.
-No Random Combats- you can see the monsters outsiedd of battle, however If they se you and touch you the battle begins.
-Boss battles have Scripted Voice Acting...the enemies and charatcers constantly talk in a movie-like way as they battle, this makes the action intense and not senseless, also some of the battles have interactive stuff apart from the battling.
-Custom theme song Being Sung by one of the voice actresses right now.

Those are the style for the Walking Characters that could work for the game.
That's a Sketch I made of the way the battle characters would Look In battle..of Course it's 2d but It's just a sketch
