Did you strip model the whole thing? Or do you usually just use it on more organic shapes, like the faces, etc. I haven't tried modeling that way, and am curious on what parts of that model you did do it.

Agreed with TheGodZero about the weird brown material on the armour, looks kinda like milk chocolate more than anything else.
The yellow stubble looks very weird too ... and the face in general seems really grainy/noisy.
Good work though.
I like the yellow hair, good FF vibe, but it would look better if it tapered off instead of staying rectangular. Also the polygons are ending before the alpha does, giving it that awkward cut-off look.
The stubble's great although it makes him look much, much older; completely different feel from your first pictures. All depends on what you want, though.

I'd agree with whoever has said that the face has too much noise on it. I also think that the face seems to old for the proportions you came up with. The stubble especially doesnt seem to fit a character, who in the model, I assumed to be about 14. Some additional work on the alpha's for the hair so they look less like blocky rectangles would help as well.

Hair was planned from the start, I wanted some fucking FLASHY hair. Grainy face I like that, different from what I do usaly.
and the beard, well I just moved back in the country, my new place is near a school. and WTF all thoses kids are mad hairy. Thats why. YUS!
