Hey guys.
I'm having a bit of trouble. I have 2 models, one is the low poly mesh and the other is the high poly mesh with the detail on.
The problem I'm having is that I cant for the life of me get a decent normal map from it. I've even tried Doom 3's renderbump and it comes out just wrong looking
Is there by chance a step by step guide I can use somewhere that will talk me through it?

You can change what type of normal map it is (Tangent-space, world space, etc.) in the Options menu of the Projection sub-section of Max7's Render to Texture menu.
