This is a very hard movie to explain. However, I think looking at the site and the trailer might begin to give you a sense. Needless to say I left the movie feeling uplifted, but not overwhelmed. While at the same time left me trying to grasp all the layers of symbolism inherent behind the humour and humanity.

Looks interesting, I looked it up at IMDB, and thought this was sort of funny:
"Rated R for disturbing sexual content involving children, and for language."

that "sexual" disturbing bit is only as messed up as the viewer wants it to be.
