I need a program that can pack .000 files.

I'm just wondering, what free programs can pack/unpack this file type? I'm pretty sure it has to do with DOS stuff.

Have you tried

copy /B file.000 file.001 file.002...... complete_file_name

It could just be that the file was split up and you need to use copy to re-join the pieces. Or try winrar if they are a ACE type archive
