edit: yes i agree... i think this was a real bad head model to texture .. now that i got a little experience with this i think i am going ot have to dump this and model a different head with a beter uv layout and start over .. i will update this thread later

one your eyes are in the wrong spot. They need to be moved out to the sides some. Next the nose is way too skinny. Now to the texture.
Good start, but you need other colors other than your base color. You know make it look the guy hasnt slept in a few days. eye lashes! I'll let others fill in the other blanks.
