It doesn't sound all 'that' bad at the moment, but what would this lead to? The governemnt having supreme rule over your product? Rodney Walker (quoted in the article), is at least aiming for a balance.

well if it puts a stop to venders selling inapproriate titles to kids im all for it if it tries to tell companies what they can and cant do im againt it.

Is it a federal crime to sell X-rated movies to a minor? If not, then I don't think it's fair to make it a federal crime to sell M and AO games to minors.
