Facial rigs

Just wondering if anyone knew of a tut online somewhere that delved in deep into good facial rigs. I have in mind teh kind where you set up rectangles and have a circle shape inside and moving it around does whatever desired action etc etc. there's a demo reel out there by a simon mills from Vancouver film school that has a great facial rig on it.
